En effet, nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 notre propre m\u00e9thode permettant d&rsquo;assembler ton PCB \u00e9tage par \u00e9tage et de v\u00e9rifier son bon fonctionnement en permanence ! T&rsquo;as t\u00eate est remplie d&rsquo;informations super condens\u00e9es, on va d\u00e9compiler tout \u00e7a avec un peu d&rsquo;exercice !<br>On va \u00e9galement faire tout notre possible pour que tu puisses monter et faire fonctionner ton kit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On fait chauffer le fer \u00e0 souder et c&rsquo;est parti !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aveux : Les neurones vont aussi continuer \u00e0 chauffer, d\u00e9sol\u00e9. Mais tu en ressortiras plus grand, c&rsquo;est promis !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. le bloc d&rsquo;alimentation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">sch\u00e9ma \u00e9lectronique<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bloc d&rsquo;alimentation pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 n&rsquo;est pas celui d&rsquo;une Tube Screamer, pour plus de headroom et un meilleur filtrage, on a apport\u00e9 notre touche personnelle ! L&rsquo;alim commence par \u00eatre filtr\u00e9e par R22 et E4 puis en rentrant dans le TC1044, on va cr\u00e9er du -9V. L&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat est donc d&rsquo;avoir +9 &#8211; (-9) = 18V de headroom. Puis, d&rsquo;alimenter nos circuits actifs en sym\u00e9trique !<br>La m\u00e9thode habituelle est malheureusement de centrer le signal sur 4V5 pour \u00eatre entre la masse et le +9V. J&rsquo;utilise une alim qui fournie 9,35V donc elle influe le reste des mesures. Commence par d\u00e9couvrir ton alim en mesurant TP1. Les Test Point (TP) sont disponibles \u00e0 la fin du PDF que tu avais <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9. (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\" href=\"https:\/\/mailchi.mp\/anasounds\/ego-driver\" target=\"_blank\">t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9.<\/a> En montant \u00e9tage par \u00e9tage, ces valeurs diff\u00e8rent du tableau dans le document car nous n&rsquo;avons pas encore tout mont\u00e9. Une fois que tout est mont\u00e9, les circuits consomment du courant et les r\u00e9sistances font chuter certaines tensions ! Ici on place R1 pour d\u00e9charger toute capacit\u00e9 de ligne et \u00e9viter un \u00ab\u00a0pop\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 l&rsquo;allumage. F1 et R2 forment un filtre passe haut qui permet d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer tout signal continu. Le transistor est mont\u00e9 en collecteur commun ce qui permet d&rsquo;avoir un gain proche de 1 en tension et un gain important en courant. Son imp\u00e9dance d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e d\u00e9pend fortement de R3. Donc on a un buffer tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant. Egalement, on pourra contr\u00f4ler le taux de saturation du syst\u00e8me et remarquer l&rsquo;apparition de bruits non d\u00e9sir\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Balayage en fr\u00e9quence \u00e0 base de sinus allant de 20Hz \u00e0 20kHz, afin de connaitre le gain des filtres sur chaque fr\u00e9quence ! On appelle ce signal un sweep en fr\u00e9quences.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat attendu pour cet \u00e9tage, qu&rsquo;on soit avec ou sans l&rsquo;effet, est uniquement une raie \u00e0 1kHz sans aucunes harmoniques (2kHz, 3kHz&#8230;). On passe \u00e0 la suite !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. le bloc de gain<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">sch\u00e9ma \u00e9lectronique<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette premi\u00e8re partie du bloc de gain est constitu\u00e9e d&rsquo;un amplificateur op\u00e9rationnel. On l&rsquo;appelle souvent un \u00ab\u00a0ampli-op\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0AOP\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0OPA\u00a0\u00bb en anglais.<br>Ce montage est dit amplificateur non inverseur, le gain dans la bande passante est en th\u00e9orie de 1+(R18+GAIN)\/R12.<br>Mais tout \u00e7a d\u00e9pend des filtres cr\u00e9\u00e9s par R18+GAIN \/\/ C1 et R12 &#8211; F5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, R11 et F6 servent de filtre passe bas pour accentuer le c\u00f4t\u00e9 m\u00e9dium  et couper les aigus un peu trop stridents ! Et oui, on vient ajouter un \u00e9tage \u00e0 la suite de l&rsquo;autre donc l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e ne changera pas jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;on ait finit d&rsquo;assembler le kit. <br>Par contre la sortie va r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e9voluer selon notre avancement dans le montage du kit. On branche donc le fil vert entre R11 et F6, comme sur la photo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour d\u00e9terminer le fonctionnement de l&rsquo;\u00e9tage de gain on va commencer en mettant son potard \u00e0 fond ! On baisse l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de la carte son pour pas qu&rsquo;elle ne sature. Ca envoie !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plut\u00f4t simple comme m\u00e9thode non ? Si tu veux connaitre le gain pour chaque fr\u00e9quences tu recommences l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience mais avec un sweep  plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;un sinus pur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. le bloc clipping et voicing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">sch\u00e9ma \u00e9lectronique<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A ce stade si tu \u00e9coutes ton \u00e9tage de gain, tu risques d&rsquo;\u00eatre un peu d\u00e9\u00e7u ! Son contenu harmonique n&rsquo;est pas remarquable, il ne va qu&rsquo;essayer de chercher \u00e0 faire saturer l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de ton ampli guitare.<br>On va donc rajouter des diodes de clipping, afin couper les cr\u00eates du signal sinuso\u00efdale et de finalement les retrouver presque carr\u00e9s !<br>Chaque diode coupe plus ou moins haut en amplitude selon sa tension de seuil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concernant le voicing, tu te souviens que le gain total de ton \u00e9tage d&rsquo;amplification d\u00e9pend de  1+(R18+GAIN)\/R12 (en th\u00e9orie, dans la bande passante).<br>Ici on va donc modifier R12 en passant sur R10 et le trimpot BASS gr\u00e2ce au switch de voicing.<br>Egalement, la bande passante va \u00eatre modifi\u00e9e en choisissant F4 \u00e0 1uF au lieu de F5 \u00e0 47nF. C&rsquo;est normal, quand le voicing est en haut, il active la branche qui amplifie les basses !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sinus pur \u00e0 1kHz cr\u00e9er des harmoniques. On remarque que la 1\u00e8re harmonique impair (3kHz) a une amplitude plus importante que les harmoniques pair (2kHz et 4kHz). C&rsquo;est d\u00fb \u00e0 la distorsion par clipping venant des diodes qui a cette caract\u00e9ristique tr\u00e8s particuli\u00e8re et oppos\u00e9e aux lampes ! Comme on pourrait nous le faire croire. C&rsquo;est bien le cas avec une bande passante qui va de 450Hz \u00e0 1,5kHz. La diff\u00e9rence reste cependant moins marquante que lorsque l&rsquo;on boost les basses.<br>Au niveau des diff\u00e9rences sur les harmoniques du sinus \u00e0 1kHz, elle est trop infime pour la remarquer avec cette m\u00e9thode. Sachant que R15 et F7 coupent \u00e0 3kHz et que R16 est plus grand que R15, on amplifie bien les aigus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand le potard est au minimum, le gain est tr\u00e8s proche de l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 car il est \u00e9gale \u00e0 1+R16\/R1 soit environ 1,2.
