Le concept est simple : tu as plusieurs PCB, qui ont chacun 2 sorties pour p\u00e9dales. En les soudant, tu peux choisir en fonction des composants d&rsquo;avoir 9, 12 ou 18 V sur chaque carte. Donc tu peux brancher 2 p\u00e9dales de 100mA sur une carte. Ou une p\u00e9dale de 200mA en laissant l&rsquo;autre sortie libre. C&rsquo;est largement suffisant pour des p\u00e9dales analogiques, et la plupart des p\u00e9dales num\u00e9riques !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutes nos alims (<a href=\"https:\/\/anasounds.com\/fr\/k-plus-power-source\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"undefined (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Anasounds K+ <\/a>et <a aria-label=\"undefined (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\" href=\"https:\/\/anasounds.com\/fr\/fx-power-source\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FX Power Source<\/a>) disposent d&rsquo;une sortie 24V THRU. Ca permet de connecter les 2 alims ensemble, et avoir un seul c\u00e2ble d&rsquo;alimentation secteur qui sort de ton board ! On fait \u00e7a en plusieurs \u00e9tapes, pour abaisser la tension et transformer le signal alternatif en signal continu bien filtr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On aurait pu s&rsquo;amuser \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper cette partie, mais on a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne pas s&#8217;emb\u00eater avec tous les probl\u00e8mes de normes et homologations qu&rsquo;implique une alimentation secteur. Donc on s&rsquo;est tourn\u00e9 vers une alimentation toute faite et de qualit\u00e9, qui va transformer le 230V AC de la prise de courant en 24V DC. Il n&rsquo;y a donc aucune tension dangereuse qui passe dans l&rsquo;alim que tu vas assembler !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fait d&rsquo;avoir un bloc d&rsquo;alimentation externe a aussi un autre avantage \u00e9norme. Le signal alternatif \u00e0 50Hz du secteur peut parasiter les sorties de notre alim par rayonnement \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique. Et comme c&rsquo;est une fr\u00e9quence audible, \u00e7a peut s&rsquo;entendre ! C&rsquo;est le fameux hum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En pla\u00e7ant la partie alimentation secteur en loin de notre bloc d&rsquo;alimentation, on \u00e9vite ainsi que le rayonnement aille jusqu&rsquo;aux sorties pour p\u00e9dales ! En plus, cette alimentation est \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire qu&rsquo;elle va hacher le signal \u00e0 plusieurs centaines de kHz, pour abaisser la tension. Donc il n&rsquo;y aura aucun 50Hz qui pourra arriver dans le bloc d&rsquo;alim. A gauche, tu as le 24V DC qui arrive du bloc d&rsquo;alimentation externe (les 2 connecteurs blancs). A droite, c&rsquo;est les pins qui te permettront de brancher tes autres cartes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre les 2, on a une diode et une capa. La capa va servir de filtre, car m\u00eame si on a du 24V DC parfaitement lisse en entr\u00e9e, c&rsquo;est toujours bon de refiltrer un coup au cas o\u00f9 ! Je vais quand m\u00eame faire un rappel sur les composants d\u00e9licats et il faudra \u00e9viter que tu les soude \u00e0 l&rsquo;envers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce sachet, tu as une diode et une capa \u00e9lectrolytique. Pour la capa, le + est dessin\u00e9 sur la carte et \u00e7a correspond avec la patte la plus longue. Pour la diode, il y a un anneau gris dessin\u00e9 proche de l&rsquo;une des pattes. Le m\u00eame anneau est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sur l&#8217;emplacement sur le PCB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On va commencer par souder ces 2 composants, puis les 2 connecteurs blancs. Mais pas les pins ! Prends ton alim secteur 24V, et branche l\u00e0 dans un des 2 connecteurs blancs. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire que si tu tires trop de courant avec tes p\u00e9dales (plus de 200mA), il va chauffer et faire un circuit ouvert. Mais l&rsquo;avantage, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;une fois qu&rsquo;il a refroidi, le contact se refait, tu n&rsquo;auras donc pas \u00e0 le changer si ton alim a chauff\u00e9 ! Puis une diode qui va encore prot\u00e9ger contre l&rsquo;inversion de polarit\u00e9, cette fois si tu branches ta carte SUPPLY \u00e0 l&rsquo;envers sur la carte 24V IN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tage, on retrouve encore une fois un filtre, qui va permettre aussi d&rsquo;abaisser un peu la tension avant d&rsquo;arriver dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tage suivant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, on a la partie la plus importante, le r\u00e9gulateur de tension ! Ce composant permet d&rsquo;abaisser et de r\u00e9guler la tension \u00e0 une certaine valeur, peut importe la tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e, en \u00e9vacuant l&rsquo;exc\u00e9dant sous forme de chaleur. C&rsquo;est la mani\u00e8re la plus simple de faire une alimentation stable, et elle a fait ses preuves depuis longtemps !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour finir, on retrouve les 2 sorties pour p\u00e9dales \u00e0 droite (les connecteurs noirs), avec des diodes en parall\u00e8le qui prot\u00e8geront la carte si un petit malin s&rsquo;amuse \u00e0 rentrer du 9V par une sortie. On a pens\u00e9 a tout ! On en a mis 3 pour r\u00e9partir le courant, pour ne pas les faire cramer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"nm-block-heading wp-block-heading\" id=\"assembler-le-sachet-supply\">assembler le sachet supply<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>On regarde encore une fois que tu as bien tous les composants. En plus du sachet SUPPLY, tu dois avoir un autre petit sachet 9, 12 ou 18V. Ce sachet contient les 3 composants qui changent suivant la tension que tu veux en sortie. Pour \u00e7a, on va prendre la carte 24V IN, et visser 4 entretoises 12mm (les plus longues). Il faut les mettre dans les trous du milieu c\u00f4t\u00e9 bottom, et dans 2 des trous ext\u00e9rieurs c\u00f4t\u00e9 top. Puis on les visse avec les \u00e9crous. On va pouvoir enchainer les autres cartes SUPPLY. Tu peux toutes les souder, mais sans mettre les pins ! Ce sera plus simple de le faire \u00e0 la fin en assemblant l&rsquo;alim. Et \u00e7a t&rsquo;\u00e9vitera de te tromper car il y a une alternance \u00e0 respecter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalement il t&rsquo;en reste 3, si tu ne veux que des 9V tu as juste \u00e0 reproduire les m\u00eames \u00e9tapes pour toute les autres cartes.
