laser engraved
All our designs are engraved on bamboo and mahogany wood with the laser system Thermoflan (french company based in Montpellier).
We have chosen to be the crafter of this production step to have more flexibility for creativity and to be able to prototype easily.
Thanks to the precision and the speed this laser provides, we can also make custom designs on demand.

wood care
The laser leaves burning stamps on the wood.
A first sanding makes them disappear
Then the wood undergoes few steps : wet ( 3 times ) – sand ( 4 times ) – varnish ( 5 times )
Those steps are used to make the wood stronger
Despite all our care processes, the wood gets old in an idiosyncratic way.
A light change of color can appear on the wood, it’s completely normal, like the skin, the wood can get sunburn.

All the circuit cards are hand soldered and hand assemblied in our workshop, in Nice, France.
All the steps are rigorously realized and verified to guarantee the best quality of Anasounds’ pedals.
All the components have been chosen through years of work to make the pedals sound the best.
Thanks to these internal processes, we are also able to answer all custom demands very quickly.
