Please check your jacks, your power supply and test your pedal again, alone, in front of your guitar.

Please read the manual of your product and don’t use the wrong power supply or plug anything in incorrectly.

Please go back to factory internal settings if you’ve tweaked them, they are written in the manual.

how the repairs are done

You contact us and we validate your problem.

You send back the pedal to us or give it back to your dealer.

When we get it back we repair it in 3-5 working days.

Once repaired we send it back to you with a repair note.

If the problem is under warranty, we send it back for free of course. If not under warranty you just pay for the shipping cost and materials.

 

about warranty

All of our products are under warranty for 3 years automatically. You also have access to lifetime permanent support and we will always find a solution to your problem as you are part of the community.

For 3 years, any problem under warranty will be solved fast and efficiently. And of course, we hope that we will never face that together!

What is not included in the warranty, are problems caused by :

-destroyed material

-damaged components

-wrong power supply connected

-water immersion

-beer immersion

-dog chewing (we had that once)

-anything other than plug, play & set you pedal and doesn’t make sense…

We pay so much attention to these details that even out of the warranty, we will find a solution for you. But this is not a contractual due.
