why a relay true bypass kit?

You are in the process of building an effect pedal kit and you are currently at the true bypass stage.
3 options are available to you:

Wiring the 3PDT by hand
Use a 3PDT kit
Use a true bypass relay kit

The advantage of our kits is that you can save time and be sure of your assembly,
no more headache with tangled cables and overheated pins.

If you have a few more budgets, you can also use the relay-based kit instead of the 3PDT,
the advantage is that it is much more durable over time and it doesn’t click when you stomp it!

For your information, the 3PDT kit is included with our effects kits,
but this is not the case with the relay kit that you will have to take as an option.

v1 or v2?

With our new FX Teacher kits, we decided to upgrade the footswitch.
Indeed, maybe you want to upgrade your kit with this true relay bypass, more resistant and without click when activated?
Or simply change a broken 3PDT, without having to unsolder anything?

This old V1 true bypass kit was soldered directly to the PCB of the pedal, with pins that were not easy to place correctly.
So we developed on the new V2 kits a removable footswitch system, that you can replace without unsoldering anything!
Whether it’s to replace a broken or badly soldered footswitch on a DIY kit, or to move to a relay soft switch without clicking, the footswitch can be interchanged at will.
