inspired by a legend of the disto-fuzz

The massive American disto-fuzz is an essential sound in the arsenal of any guitarist, whether you were originally looking for the sound
of David Gilmour, Jack White, J. Mascis or Billy Corgan.
We appreciate the huge and scooped sound it gives to the simplest riffs, but also the infinite sustain which allows to reach deeply lyrical solo.
The problem is that this pedal has been around for over fifty years and there are many original models (some of which have become financially unaffordable)
and many clones and variations. How do you choose your own?

And who says you have to choose? When we designed the Full Story, we wanted to allow the guitarist to find the disto-fuzz color that best suited him,
this was done through the concept of Tone Cards.
This system, specially designed for the Full Story, allows to place a part of the circuit on removable cards in order to choose his version
without the sonic compromises of the usual multi-fuzz pedals.

And since guitarists don’t like to choose, the Full Story can host two Tone Cards.
The pedal comes equipped with two massive disto-fuzz voicings designed for two “ideal” uses of this effect:
a “main fuzz” inspired by the first Russian version of the massive disto-fuzz from the 90’s, but with deeper mids,
while the “secondary fuzz” is inspired by the very first version released in 1969 with less bass.

Two groups of three knobs allow each fuzz to be adjusted independently (a second footswitch is used to switch between the two),
and a “Mid” switch radically changes the character of the disto-fuzz by bringing in the midrange, turning a big riff sound into an incandescent solo sound.
